Sudesh Thevasenabathy brings with him over 20 years of experience specialising in customer experience, process efficiencies and change management across multiple industries including telecommunications, consumer products, manufacturing, banking, healthcare tech as well as insurance. He is currently Asia Regional Lead of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Manulife responsible for driving DEI global strategy and agenda across the region.

Being an advocate of inclusion, he won the 2019 LGBT+ Hong Kong Ally Award by Community Business and was named 2019 Global Top 50 LGBT+ OUTstanding Role Model through his work for the LGBT+ community. He is a true believer of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and with customers, and has been actively working to support differently abled, ethnic minorities, LGBT+, gender and multi-generational employees and the community over the past few years.
