Megan is a Senior Director of the Securities and Futures Commission's (SFC) Finance Division, where she has led the division on several important listing initiatives. Before joining the SFC, Megan was an equity partner of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and chief representative of the Beijing office. She has had extensive global exposure by being posted to various cities worldwide throughout her 18-year legal career, where she advised global, Mainland and Asian investment banks and financial institutions, technology companies, state-owned enterprises etc. Megan has been recognised as a leading lawyer in HK for equity and debt capital markets by Chambers Asia and a leading practitioner for China corporate and equity work.
