Willis Towers Watsons Panel Discussion

We had a fruitful and effective panel discussion with the Willis Tower Watsons (WTW) workability team, comprised of more than sixty people including their Hong Kong and Philippines team. · Director and Founder, Faride Shroff was the moderator of this webinar, and spoke to recruitment professionals, experienced CEOs and even SENsational board members. Sharing their insights and experiences on how visible and invisible disabilities can and should be included in the workforce enabled the WTW staff to explore their own biases in a critical manner. · SENsational Foundation values the commitment demonstrated by WTW to explore their D&I initiatives pertaining to disability and to move further on their journey to greater inclusion.
