Creative Secondary School Workshop Session

SENsational Foundation recently conducted an enriching workshop at Creative Secondary School with a selected cohort of IB students. Over a period of two hours, the workshop aimed to introduce essential concepts of disability, neurodiversity, and inclusion through a range of interactive activities and games designed to illustrate the relevant aspects of these topics.
The workshop proved to be highly engaging and informative, providing students with a deeper understanding of the diverse range of abilities and perspectives found within the community. The simulatory activities and games were thoughtfully designed to challenge pre-existing assumptions and help foster an inclusive and compassionate mindset.
The feedback received from both staff and students was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing their appreciation for the opportunity to learn and engage with these important topics in such a dynamic and interactive way. The workshop not only succeeded in raising awareness of these crucial issues but also inspired students to consider how they can actively contribute to creating more inclusive communities in the future.
